Cancellation policy

If you purchase a subscription or recurring order from Jones’N Java,
you may cancel or modify your subscription at any time before the next
scheduled roast.

To cancel or make changes, please email

with your order number at least 24 hours before your next shipment.

<p>
Once an order has entered the roasting process, it cannot be canceled
or refunded due to the fresh, made-to-order nature of our coffee.
