  1. If the Coffee Doesn't Hit the Spot: Not loving your brew? Hey, it happens. No one should pay for something they don't love. Fill out the form below within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Damaged or Defective Products: Sometimes, despite our best efforts, bags can arrive looking like they've had a rough day. If your product is damaged, fill out the form below within 30 days of receiving your order. We will request a picture via email. We want every bag of joy that leaves our warehouse to be just right!
  3. Incorrect Orders: Oops, did we send you a dark roast instead of your usual medium? Or maybe a bag of decaf snuck its way into your shipment? Our bad! Egg on our face, but let’s fix it. Fill out the form below within 30 days of receiving your order.
  4. Refunds: We'll process refunds within 3-5 business days after receiving your request.
  5. Replacements: If you're looking forward to getting the correct product, we’ll get your replacement order out to you right away.
